🌟 GlobalWorks Voices: Alumni Perspectives
What Global Alumni Learned from Living and Working Abroad
Maddy J, Korea Alum
“Living abroad taught me to let go of control and become more tolerant of uncertainty. That skill has shaped how I see inequity and how I respond to it, both abroad and back home."
John S, Global Educator & Fulbright Scholar
“As long as you focus on the work and try to be a good person, international work is fantastic. It’s shaped and defined my life, and I’m proud to keep it a part of my journey.”
Alex B, JET Alum & Educator (Aomori)
"Your ability to roll with whatever comes at you will shape the way you come out of your experiences. The harder the challenges, the more resilient you become — and that stays with you in your career and your life."
